As we reported already Abbey gave birth to a baby girl and now we have more information. Abbey and Peter have named their daughter Sophia Ruby and she was 7lb 9oz. According to a hospital spokesman at London’s Portland Hospital ‘They are both doing fine’.

OK magazine reported the following:

A source said: ‘Abbey and Peter are over the moon, they are completely in love with her’. And after being there for the baby’s birth, Peter, 30, is looking forward to celebrating his new arrival with his Spurs team-mates. ‘The Spurs boys have been texting him congratulations – and promising to help him wet the baby’s head’. said a source.

A huge congratulations to Abbey as she gave birth to her first child, a baby girl. We are sending lots of warm thoughts and love to the proud new parents and their little bundle of joy.

Abbey Clancy and Peter Crouch have welcomed their first child to the world, a little girl whose name they have not yet chosen. The child is reported to have weighed 7lb 9oz and a spokesman for the couple said: “They’re thrilled. Mother and baby are doing fine.”

Spurs striker Peter is believed to have been by Abbey’s side as she gave birth. The Daily Mail quoted a friend as saying: “Abbey and Peter are over the moon. They haven’t picked a name yet, but they are completely in love with her.”

Well we reported the other day about Big Brother contestant Stephanie McMichael causing a stir as she used to be pals with Abbey and there is some worry that Steph may reveal secrets about her celeb friends.. so here is some more info for you:

Big Brother babe Stephanie McMichael is said to have scared showbiz stars out of their wits by threatening to reveal their sex secrets. McMichael has a host of celeb pals, including WAG Abbey Clancy, and the 19-year-old model claims to know some of their most intimate secrets. McMichael’s family are great pals of Clancy and they have even been on holiday together.

As teenagers, the two girls launched bids for pop stardom at the same time and were signed up by the same music guru – ex-OMD star Andy McCluskey.

“No-one wants details of their past indiscretions broadcast to the nation,” Stephanie’s friend said. “The worry is what happens if she gets plastered one night and loses control of her mouth. She’s a time bomb waiting to explode,” the friend added.
